APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR OSC RESEARCH GRANTS

We are now accepting applications for the 2018 PhD Students Research Grant Programme, which is open to all current doctoral students of human and social sciences who are researching Olympism, Olympic sports or the Olympic Games.

As in previous editions, this year’s programme features two different categories: the Open Subject, which encourages research on any aspect of the Olympic Movement; and the National Olympic Committees’ Policy Priority category, which calls for projects focused on topics of interest to the NOC in the researcher’s home country.

The deadline for submissions is 29 September 2017 and the chosen students will then receive a grant that allows them to carry out their research project and to make use of The Olympic Studies Centre’s resources in Lausanne.
